After you approve your final logo design, in under 24 hours your logo will be sent to you with many of the common file formats. We deliver them to you in various formats because different print vendors and items require different types of files. The following file formats are the common formats you will see for your logo. Additional files are FREE of charge.

AI
The AI or Illustrator format is a universal file. This is the original file that your logo was made with. From here you can make any change to the logo that you want. It can also be used to export any other file format that you need in the future. So make sure to keep this file in a very safe place. This format is commonly used for:

  • Print Material
  • Changing the logo
  • Extracting other file formats

EPS
An EPS file format is a vector format of your logo. In simple terms, it means you can blow it up to any size you want without quality loss. You can also use this format to make changes to your logo and resave it to just about any other format. This format is commonly used for:

  • Stationery & Business Cards
  • Brochures & Flyers
  • Print Ads
  • Embroidery & Silk Screen
  • Vechile Graphics
  • and many others

GIF & JPG
A GIF is a lower resolution file format than an EPS or AI. It is perfect to use for the web since the file size is so much smaller than any other formats. JPG is very similar to GIF. Unfortunately the downside is that a GIF and JPG can NOT be enlarged without losing quality and are terrible formats to use for printing which is why print vendors like EPS. I tend to perfer to use GIF than JPG for the web. These formats are commonly used for:

  • Websites
  • Online Marketing
  • Email Signatures
  • and other online uses

TIF
A TIF file is great to use for transfering digital images between applications such as MS Word and MS Excel. It can also be used for basic printing on some occasions. This format is commonly used for:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
  • and other software applications

Many other formats are included with your logo such as a BMP, PNG, and EMF. Of course you can always ask for addition formats FREE of charge if an occasion comes up or you extract them yourself from the original AI (illustrator) file.
