AM-Diamonds is a company which offers the highest quality of loose diamonds at the lowest prices directly to the consumer. All diamonds are accompanied with a GIA Lab Report ranging from Internally Flawless to Slightly Included One with the highest color. In addition, AM-Diamonds offers a unique side of the diamond industry to the consumer offering fancy colored and fancy diamond shapes.

The Challenge

At the time, AM-Diamonds did not have an online image. They were looking to revamp their business image with a new identity, launch a new website, market towards the search engines, and provide unique tools and information to the diamond consumer. The majority of their target market consists of upper-middle class to wealthy males between the ages of 30 and 50.

With a budget of less than $50,000, DakovGroup needed to create a high end website, including innovative tools, a pleathora of content, and ranked well in the search engines.

The Solution

After doing a comprehensive competitive study, we decided to go with a royal purple and blue color theme. The logo was simple, but elegant and unique. The website was split into a 3 column layout to accomidate the large amounts of content and included a unique diamond price calculator and lead system driven by a back-end database. Upon completion of the website, we went into a 1 year search engine optimization and link popularity campaign.

Conclusion & Results

At the end of the campaign & project completion, AM-Diamonds.com received numerous complements on the website and wealth of information avaliable. The diamond price calulator was a revolutionary idea that snowballed and generates leads on a continous basis. At the peak of their campaign, AM-Diamonds ranked #1 on Google, Yahoo, and other major search engines for many popular keywords.
